Mahalo III will also run live aboard game fishing trips in the Islands between Bali and Timor, Eco tours to Komodo, and day excursions based out of Bali. We pride ourselves in the ability to take clients to places in the Indian Ocean accessible only by boat in safety and comfort where they can enjoy uncrowded surfing, fishing or just relaxing on board in a warm tropical climate. We accomplish this by using a boat designed especially for this purpose, the Mahalo III a new 46 foot power cataraman, and 35 years of combined experience of the Captain and crew chartering these waters. Our operation is seamless from beginning to end. We communicate with our clients during booking to know exactly what they want from their charter. For instance, clients would tell us where they want to surf and what kind of waves they expect. A fishing client would tell us what species of fish they want to catch. We then plan accordingly. Our service includes 5 star healthy meals, air conditioned cabins, private toilets with hot water showers and a full home entertainment system.
Surfing charters will start in Bali and travel the archipelago to Timor, anchoring at and surfing the many secrete spots along the way. Once in Timor the charter goes the other way –Timor to Bali. These trips are 12 days and travel 600 miles.
Fishing trips will generally originate in Timor and fish the waters around Rote,Savu and Sumba. Most of the day trips will come out of Bali. Eco tours are from Bali and will usually go to Komodo or Flores. Our agents arrange all the travel itineraries, any hotel reservations and deliver the guests to the boat and pick them up when the charter has ended.
